We are pleased to announce the Good News regarding our 2025 dividends:

1. The Interest Rate on Share Capital or Fixed Deposit true to all, will be indicated in the Individual Notice of dividend that will be given to all members.

This is based on the average daily deposit from January 1 – December 31,2025 or the total daily Share Capital balances during the year divided by 365 days, multiplied by the Interest Rate.

18. 39% Patronage Refund.This means that 18.39% of the total interests paid on loans during the period January 1 – December 31, 2025 will be refunded to the borrower.

No other lending institution does this except a cooperative like Calasiao Coop.

1. Equitable Share from the income generated from the other businesses of the Coop like the Coke Dealership, Hotel, Apartment for rent, Catering Services/Canteen, Laundry Shop, Function Rooms for rent and Van for rent.

The equitable share is based on the member’s average deposit and the number of years of membership in the Calasiao Coop.

1. Patronage Refund from Purchases, Rentals or Use of the Products and services of the other businesses of the Calasiao Coop like the Coke Dealership, Hotel, Apartments for rent, Catering Services/Canteen, Laundry Shop, Function Rooms for rent, and Van for rent

This Patronage Refund   is based on the member’s total purchase amount for the year divided by the total revenues of the other businesses.

Pay-out will start on February 14, 2026 (Happy Valentine!) which will be deposited in your payroll accounts (BPI, Metrobank, or BOC).  For those whose payroll is with another bank, please email your account number where we can deposit your dividend preferably BPI, Metrobank, BOC, or BDO. The bank and account number should be confirmed however through email before the scheduled pay out.Rest assured your bank information will be kept confidential.

Total dividends amounting to less than P400.00 will be automatically added to the Share Capital of the concerned member.  On the other hand,total dividends above P400  will be paid out.  There is no option to add to the share capital.  All uncollected loan amortizations during the year, will be automatically deducted from the total dividends.

PAKIUSAP: In order for us to focus on the processing of your dividends to meet the February 14 payout date, please hold all your queries (thru email or phone) until you receive your Individual Notice of Dividend which will be issued later, because the answers to all your possible queries will be included there like – How much is my dividend?  How was it computed?  How much is my patronage refund?  How much is my total deposit?  Please send me a copy of my Statement of Account (SOA), etc.
